Question: who is your favourite scientist?

Oh good question! I’m not sure I have a main favourite. However I did read a biography of an English scientist called Dorothy Hodgkin which was fascinating. Dorothy Hodgkin was an x-ray chrystallographer and she confirmed the structures of penicillin and insulin. She did a lot of things that helped to advance women in science which I think is very important. She also won a Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
