      Tinnitus is when people can hear sounds (like ringing or buzzing) that aren’t actually present outside of their heads. Cognition is all about thinking and how we manage to do this (like how we’re able to correctly remember information or direct our attention to things we’re interested in without getting distracted). Some scientists think that tinnitus might be caused by people having problems with their cognition. I want to know if this is true and if we can do anything about it.
