• Question: What created matter, before the big band, before any state of matter existed, what happened to make it?

      I am not an expert on it, but I’ll try to give you an idea…
      According to the Big Bang theory, all the matter in the cosmos existed in a “singularity”, a form smaller than a subatomic particle (I guess you can think of it as a single point).
      According to Einstein’s theory of relativity, this singularity possessed all the mass in the universe, effectively bringing time to a standstill. So, time only came into being when the primordial singularity expanded toward its current size and shape.
