So a heart murmur is essentially an unusual / extra heartbeat sound that doctors can hear when they listen to the blood flow of your heart.
These can be caused by all sorts of reasons.
There are various medicines to help with symptoms, or in some cases if there is a valve problem this could be repaired or replaced by corrective surgery.
