Mmm… I’d love to work in a science centre or museum where I got to do cool experiments all day for kids… I love to blow things up or make explosions or even just to how cool microbiology can be!

I would love to do something which mixed science and travel – like being an arctic geologist!

If I wasn’t doing a PhD, I think I would take what I know in science and either:
      1. Become a science teacher
      2. Science journalists / media presenter
      3. Science adviser for the government/policy

All of these would be because I love to share science to a wider community and make an impact

I think I’d probably be a journalist. What I love about my job is that I get to chat to people about their experiences, and then use these to formulate ideas about bigger concepts and share this with people. I think journalism is similar to this, except it can sometimes be a bit sensationalised. I’d like to specifically write about science in particular – in fact, this is something that I still might end up going into. I currently contribute to several blogs about science so I might use this experience to one day get a career in this field.

Hmmm… I would probably actually in public engagement – spreading the word about the latest research and talking to different people about their own scientific discoveries and sharing that research with other people!

I would probably be a teacher because I like working with kids and it would also be challenging and varied. And the holidays are long.

If I didn’t do the job I’m doing now I’d like to be a vet and help animals. Preferably improving the lives of strays or returning animals the wild.
