What a great question! Some scientists might say ‘yes’. However the chance of there being another person with exactly your genetic makeup, likes and dislikes, history, and so on, is what might be described as “infinitesimally small” – therefore there is only one “you” or “me”. It’s more likely that there would be other life forms somewhere in the universe. It’s a bit mind-boggling to think about, I reckon.
Some may say yes, but others may say there are an infinite number of diversities. It depends on whether you think an infinity divided by an infinity is one, or an infinity divided by an infinity is an infinity, so really, it is a question for mathematicians!
