      For a given value of relation, yes.
      All humans are of the same species so we therefore all have a common ancestor, so ultimately, by very tenuous links, we are all related.

      Quite what the nature of the common ancestor (if you are interested in the debate google “mitochondrial eve” for a fascinating read) is, in terms of times and dates and even origins geographically is up for debate, but yes at some level we are all related.
