I experience it sometimes – do you? completely freaky when you think “I’ve been here before” or “I know what happens next”… how it happens or why? not a clue!

I definitely experience deja vu – in fact have I answered this question before 🙂

Not really sure what causes the phenomenon but sometimes it make me smile thinking about if i have experienced something already

Deja vu really freaks me out sometime!

Your brain is split into 2 sides- left and right. Each side is involved in doing different skills from the other side but they have to share the information. My understanding of what triggers deja vu is because there has been a delay between the 2 sides of your brain speaking to each other. Its only for a split second but 1 side of the brain would get the information twice so you feel like the event has happened before. Werid!

Yes, I also experience deja vu! Claire is right, it basically occurs from a delayed response in our brain when an activity/event is being stored in our memory. It doesn’t happen often, but it is freaky when it does!
