  This is a good question – I’m not entirely sure 🙂 Some people apparently report thinking in sign language if they have learned that. What if they haven’t learned a language at all? Do they still have thoughts? I’d certainly imagine so, but it’s interesting to think what these might be 🙂

I’m not really sure, but I’ve read that people who are deaf since birth think in sign language as their inner voice 🙂
