This is a brilliant question and I am sure one of the other scientist can give a better answer than me as this is not my area of research. However my mother works for the Guide Dog charity, and this is also a question I have thought about so one day I spoke with one of the blind lady’s she helps and the response she gave was that a blind person dreams and dreams about things they can recognise. So if they cannot seem things clearly and things are always blurry their dreams will be blurry, or if they have only ever experienced lighter and darker as their vision is really bad then that is how they will dream.
