• Question: I was thinking of doing psychology in college or university or something, but I don't know if it's what I'm looking for. I want to understand psychological health but will the subject be focused on other things?

It is really fantastic that you know exactly what field of Psychology interests you – as you know, there are many! What I would perhaps suggest is, look at different Universities to see whether they actually do a Health Psychology course, if not, take a look at the Psychology Modules themselves to make sure they do the health psychology module, and perhaps go to a University that does that module. What did you want to do afterwards? I only ask because when looking at Universities, you may want to check whether they are BPS (British Psychological Society) accredited (just ask at the Psychology department). If you also check out their website, they may have more advice on what career options are out there for Health Psychologists and guidance on how to get there 🙂

Any other questions, just ASK! 😀
