Asthma is a long-term that can’t be cured, but can be treated and managed very effectively, such as with inhalers, and avoiding situations that could trigger an asthma attack. There are different medicines that can be safely used, and sometimes childhood asthma becomes much less severe or frequent as the child reaches adulthood.

Asthma is a very common ailment, it sometimes goes away by itself as you get older, but there isn’t a “cure” as such. You can manage the symptoms very well using inhalers though.

Asthma is known as a “chronic condition” and currently cannot be cured, although there are lots of research ongoing into reducing the effects and frequency of events
