I thought about it, but it never really felt like the right thing for me. I don’t think I could be a surgeon, I’m not scared of blood, but I definitely wouldn’t want to cut people open, so I probably couldn’t be a dentist either, since they have to do surgery on people’s teeth sometimes. Maybe I could have been a doctor that doesn’t have to deal with blood too much! But I think all doctors have to do some surgery training so it probably wouldn’t have been the best job for me!
I do want to do a job that helps to keep people healthy and there are lots of ways you can do that even if you don’t want to be a doctor.
